Usage Analytics

Track how your application uses the GreenPT API: which endpoints get the most traffic, how token consumption is trending, and what each integration is costing you.

What the dashboard shows

The usage dashboard in your account portal breaks down consumption across several dimensions:

• Request volume over time: daily, weekly, and monthly totals per endpoint so you can spot traffic spikes or drops.
• Cost tracking: running spend in your billing currency, with per-endpoint and per-model breakdowns.
• Token usage: prompt and completion tokens charted separately, with per-model totals so you can identify which models are driving the bill.
• Transcription minutes: for speech-to-text services (audio-prerecorded and audio-live), total audio minutes processed.
• API key breakdowns: usage attributed to each API key. Useful for separating production, staging, and per-customer workloads when you issue one key per integration.
• Error rates: counts of 4xx and 5xx responses so you can correlate failures with releases or usage spikes.

Use cases

• Capacity planning: see when you're trending toward your credit budget and top up early.
• Cost attribution: figure out which customer, team, or feature is driving the bulk of your API spend.
• Performance tuning: find the calls that consume the most output tokens and look for opportunities to tighten prompts or switch to a smaller model.
• Compliance reporting: export the data for monthly cost reports.
